Hi! I'm Laila Karim

About Me I am an architecture student currently doing an Interior and Architecture course at West Herts college. My interest in architecture began when I realised buildings and spaces often reflect the cultural landscape; they exist in. Seeing all the detail and structures of things around us intrigued me to know more about the process and how it is made. As a designer you are able to design a space that creates psychological experiences, awakening human interactions and emotions. That is why I chose architecture, a subject that specialises in planning, designing and making. In this portfolio, you will be able to see a set of projects I previously created in my two years of college. These projects will allow you to see my system of thinking, designing, and process. You will also get to see how each design followed specific brief given to me, which is something significant in the design industry.
